There is no difference in prices for individuals and legal entities.

Yes, it is eligible. When choosing the delivery method, you have to click on the “Change” option and enter contact details of another recipient.

We will see your order after you press the button Place Order.

The invoice will be added to your delivery package at once and sent to your address when the order is prepared. Electronic invoice also stands for the product’s warranty.

We will start processing your order as soon as we receive the payment for it.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your package ships. Check the Spam folder for your email account. If the order confirmation email is not in this folder, please contact our Customer Service team

EU customers have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from their contract with us and return the goods for any reason. Following authorization of the return, goods must be back in our possession within a further 14 calendar days.

All returned devices must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. If the item is returned in “new” condition with all packaging intact, it will not be subject to a restocking fee. If goods are sent back to us outside of this period or are received in a poor condition where there is physical damage to the product, or items are missing from the packaging then we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee to your return, which will be dependent on the condition of the product.

All our products are covered by two-year minimal warranty. If an item proves to be faulty within these two years of purchase, then you should act according to the following additional information here.

1. Please fill in the form and send us by e-mail: rma@eldesdirect.com. All returns are subject to inspection.
2. Wait for an email response from us (usually within 1-24 hours) and then download the RMA and fill out the form completely.
3. Pack the products and RMA into a shipping box using packing material.
4. Send the return to:

The process of repairing the faulty goods depends on various conditions (type of product, RMA queue etc.). Usually it takes up to 3-4 weeks to repair a single unit. We definitely intent to complete the repair process within the shorter period of time.

If your old product has a valid warranty period, then the item will be exchanged with a new one or the purchase price of the product will be refunded. This action applies when the product is working and in good condition. For the products, which has technical issues, we apply our warranty procedure.

You will get the refund approx. in 14 working days after we receive the purchased goods. You’ll also have to provide us details of your bank account and the purchase order number. Keep in mind that money may be transferred only to your personal bank account. There is no cash payment option available.
